Eight New "Hunger Games" Posters Revealed

Eight new posters featuring the characters from The Hunger Games have been unveiled on various websites, but you can view them all in one place over at Hypable.com!
(There is in fact a Peeta poster, but since I’m unashamedly Team Gale, I chose not to feature it.  Mwahaha!) 😉

Woody Harrelson Joins "Hunger Games" Cast

Today it was announced that Woody Harrelson will play Haymitch Abernathy, the mentor to the District 12 tributes, in “The Hunger Games” movie.
“Haymitch is such an unforgettable character: funny cranky outrageous, sarcastic, impatient, biting but ultimately kind,” Ross said in a statement. “I’m so grateful we have Woody Harrelson to play him. I can’t wait for us to get to work.”

According to Entertainment Weekly, the District Three tributes have been cast!  Please welcome Ian Nelson and Kalia Prescott to the fandom!
“In the novel, Prescott’s character bids a heartbreaking goodbye to her parents and younger siblings after her name is called. Nelson’s character is skilled in electronics and technology, which the Career Tributes exploit.”

According to Entertainment Weekly, Willow Shields has been cast as Prim in the upcoming film adaptation of The Hunger Games, which hits theaters on March 23, 2012.
