Review Policy
Note: Bookshelf Banter has FOUR individuals reviewing books at the same time. When sending your request, please keep in mind that there may be as little as one review posted, but up to four reviews might be posted if it is possible. We write reviews and we also record a short video sharing our opinion about the novel. Our ratings are based on 1 Book to 5 Books ratio on our ‘Bookshelf’. (1 being the lowest score, and 5 being the highest) Our goal is to provide multiple opinions, from different perspectives.
Review Requests:
They should be sent via email to kallieross@bookshelfbanter.com
- Title of the book
- Author of the book
- Your contact name
- Book’s release date
- Brief description of the book (synopsis will work)
- Any website that is associated with the book
- Embed code for the book trailer you would like to be linked

Format:
We will accept PDF and/or hard copies (ARCs).
Author Interviews & Contests:
We are very excited to work with authors that would like to participate in interviews! We are happy to correspond via email, and we also enjoy working with authors on audio/podcast interviews. Our podcast is currently being hosted my Mevio.com, and we hope to also be on iTunes soon.
Our website also has a lot of fun with contests! We hope to stretch the imagination of the reader and create fun contests that coincide with the theme of the novel. We are open to brainstorming with the author to host a contest that is unforgettable and fun!
